大雑把な性格で不親切な設計に慣れてる人にかなり合うホテルチェックインは受付の方が居ないのでタブレットで1個1個注意して見ながらチェックインしないといけない、パスワードをどう打ち込んで部屋に入るのか迷う。見落としてるだけかもしれませんが説明が一切なくタブレットでチェックインしなければいけない事や部屋に入るまでの流れやパスワードなどが少し不親切に感じました。ただ入れば後は普通の質素なホテルという感じで個人的にはかなり良かった。スーパーも近い、ランチが安いネパール料理屋が目の前、巣鴨駅にかなり近くアクセスも良い。 6泊しましたがバスタオルが3枚だけで自分は大雑把な為全然それで大丈夫でしたが手拭き用のタオルも1~2枚あればさらに良かったかな普通の人からしたら☆2~3ですが個人的には☆4.5くらいです

Overall was very good, there’s a 7/11 almost next door and it’s very close to several food options and the Sugamo station (which takes you directly to Shinjuku/Shibuya among others)

Very convenient location since it is close to the train station. Check-in and check-out a little confusing but not too complicated. Biggest complaint would be the slight lingering smoking smell in the room; I would not want to stay for a long time.

I haven't seen staff during this stay, there are no room cleaning services, no toothbrush or toothpaste provided, room have tv but nothing can watch. Wifi signal is poor. The only benefit is this hotel is nearly JR station.
