Just a few minutes walk from Takayama train and bus station, and also a halal food restaurant. The room is clean, spacious, and the staff is friendly. The room is also fully equipped with utensils, plates, and everything. Would love to stay here again if ever visiting Takayama in the future.

Modern and high tech hotel which is very walkable to everywhere in the town. Using QR code from photo to get into the room is neat. Check out time is earlier at 10am but that's all fine. We're happy with the stay.

The hotel is a good stopover for visiting here. What the hotel could improve is there breakfast, this wasn’t great, the coffee was good but you could only have one drink so either tea, coffee or a juice.
The other slightly annoying thing is, we checked in at 2:45 and had to wait 15 mins before we were aloud up to our room. The room was ready as there was only 5 other rooms booked. If it’s ready let your customers go to their room early, pointless and very jobs worthy.

Beautiful, modern family apartment. Plenty of room to stretch out. Kids loved the bunk beds. Immaculately clean. Lovely, helpful staff. Only minor shortcoming was the randomly changing temperature in the shower. Other than that, perfection!

-This is new hotel so everything is new
-Downside:
1)the tatami rooms are corner rooms, the bathrooms are not properly insulated against cold weather. In Winter condition, the bathroom is very cold.. The only way is the fill up the tub with very hot water and use the handspray spray hot water all over. Only by doing so, the heat can replace the icy cold temperature.
2)If u choose the tatami rooms, u have to insert your own bedsheet into the mattress
If not for above 2 x downside, i would have given this hotel a 5 star review.

We loved our top floor apartment with a huge bath looking out over the city.
The hotel is just around the corner from the train station so it's location is ideal, and just a short walk to Takayama old town.
The apartment was very spacious, and we loved the huge bath and TV and the 4 huge beds, 2 of which are bunks.
Some dust around the corner of one of the beds and the sofa had a stain, nothing major but could do better here.
Staff were all pleasant, breakfast was limited to only 3 choices of a menu and I tried all 3 and it was ok. Found a hair in the ham sandwich one morning, so breakfast overall was disappointing and could do with improving.
Overall, I would highly recommend but maybe have breakfast out or in your apartment.

This hotel has its pros and cons, but it’s a place I’d happily revisit.
The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the area. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The only options were a sandwich or pancakes, and unfortunately, neither was enjoyable. If breakfast is important to you, I’d suggest planning to eat elsewhere.
We ended up staying in two different rooms due to a change of plans. Based on this experience, I’d highly recommend booking the modern Japanese room or a higher-tier option. Avoid the universal room if you can; it felt much less appealing in comparison.
The laundry facilities were a bit of a letdown. While the washer was fine, the dryer didn’t work well at all. If you need to do laundry, I’d suggest using the washer here but taking your clothes to a nearby dryer for better results.
Despite these hiccups, I’d certainly stay here again. The location and the charm of the modern Japanese rooms make it a worthwhile choice, and hopefully, they’ll have improved the breakfast by then! But if not, the local market is a fantastic option!!
