cool, older style hotel that had AMAZING views of Mt Fuji, which was the main reason for booking... Was very happy with the stay, only negative for me was I found the beds super soft which I personally dislike but would appeal to others.

The staff is the friendliest staff I’ve ever met! They helped us book our buses back to Tokyo and were super kind overall. The hotel is stunning! Right on the lake with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji (when not clouded in).

View of Fuji from our rooms was amazing. We didn’t have any meals at the hotels due to big tour groups stayed at the same period we stayed.

綺麗で、無駄のない施設でした。温泉もよかったです。ただ、もう少し施設の説明があると安心でした。カードキーの使い方や支払い時の領収書発行などです。富士山側か山中湖側かも事前に知りたかったです。エクスペディアさんの料金より僅かに料金が高かったです。

立地的には最高です。富士山側のお部屋で一望！のはずでしたがあいにくの曇りで残念でした。到着時間が遅く周辺のお店はほぼ閉店間近で食事に困りました。お部屋は古い感じですが清潔です。お風呂は大浴場でそこまで広くはないですが露天風呂があり気持ちよかったです。チェックアウトした朝は目の前に湖が広がり天気も良く景色最高でした！
