If you have difficulty with stairs, you may want to think about this carefully, a nice stay but it is on the third story.
I was happy with our stay and if I hadn't already planned a different place, I would have been happy to extend our stay at this location. They were polite, kind and quick to respond.
Tucked in a neighborhood but not far from the train station
Fantastic mattresses, soft and comfortable, best nights sleep I had while traveling.

It was super clean and the perfect amount of space for the price. Definitely would stay here again. Owners were also great at communication. :)

Nice cozy property located close to the station. A little hard to find at first but the inside of the property was clean and well maintained. Comes with a washer and all of the amenities (fridge, stove top, oven, dishes, soap, detergent, paper towels, etc.).

子供（高校生）と2人で305を利用しました。新大阪駅から徒歩10分か15分程の場所にあり、エレベーターなしの4階まであるようでした。階段の幅が狭く、小さいお子さん連れ（抱っこしてたり）だと危ないかもしれません。事前にカギの開け方や駅からの道筋の動画などを送ってくださいました。初めての新大阪駅だったので、動画を見てもしばらく駅から出れず、無駄に歩きました。最終的にスマホのナビでホテルに向かいましたよ。２泊したのですが、タオルが1日分のみでした。連泊される方は何枚か待っていくことをオススメします。それか事前に用意してもらえるか確認した方がよいです。アパートメントなので、他の部屋には普通に住んでらっしゃるようなので、騒がない大人で安くで滞在されたい方には良いのではないでしょうか。大阪に行く時にはまた利用したいと思いました。
