Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

素泊まりの予約になっており、夕食朝食をつけて欲しいとフロントで伝えたが、対応してもらえなかった。タクシーで15分ほどのところで夕食をとり、モーニングをやってる喫茶店で朝食をとった。ホテルの夕食朝食をインスタでみて楽しみにしていたので非常に残念だった。ラウンジはお酒もジュースも飲み放題で大変楽しめた。部屋も広く清潔だった。

エレベーター待ちで行列が出来て部屋に戻るのも一苦労でした。 10分ほど待ちました。お風呂、食事などに行くのもエレベーターが全く来ず時間がかかります。ご飯もあまり美味しくはなかったです。楽しみにしていただけにがっかりでした。

部屋が広くてとても綺麗でした。ドリンクとアルコール、おつまみも堪能させてもらいました。お風呂も広く、お風呂上がりのラウンジがとてもオシャレでゆっくりする事ができました。唯一の不満は、エレベーターの少なさです。

ソフトドリンク、アルコールを自由に飲めるラウンジスペースが特に良かった。温泉の後にゆっくりくつろぎながら飲んでいらっしゃる方が多く、居心地が良かった。

食事が他のメルキュールホテルより価値が無い。グラントメルキュールとして期待して行ったが飲材費安いもののオンパレードでびっくりした。レストラン外注業者？を変更した方が良いと思った。イベント無い日の稼働が悪いのはメルキュールホテルの良さを外してADR下がった分をツアーで埋める悪循環だと思われる。食事が湯快、大江戸温泉の方が良いとは思わなかった。メルキュール紙コップも使わず安い検尿カップで代用してまでコスト下げようとしてるのはメルキュール本部は理解してるのだろうか？アチコチの給水スポット切れもひどかった。とにかくおすすめできないグラントです。
