I stayed in the hotel for 14 nights, the hotel has everything: slippers, AC, wireless, TV, etc. Hotel has a hot spring that open till very late, I enjoyed it every night. I had a room that with sea view, which was great. And next to the hotel there is a beach next to the sea that you can enjoy beautiful sunrise/sunset. The hotel provides breakfast, I personally like it very much, it also has a few restaurants, provides typical Japanese food, it was moderate and it was not cheap.

The hotel was lovely with a nice breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our time there even though the weather was uncooperative. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave our daughter her own check-in bag, which she loved! They had some English speaking staff too.

Room and beds were fine; great shower. The onsen bath was overrun with unsupervised children from a school trip. The food was absolutely terrible - the photographs made the food look enticing, but the quality was absolutely terrible. This was probably built as an up market resort, which then fell on bad times.

According to the neighbor and the staffs, they opened April 2024 from previous old hotel with minor renovation. Very beautiful location and spacious property, but unfortunately the place needs improvement. 1 The carpet, specially, spa area smells as fungus. 2 So many steps are very dangerous for all people. For example, inside room bath have to step up around 10 inches, and public spa entrance also has big step when we enter. If the hotel in US, it will be not pass safety reason and ADA. No dining option besides around 9,000JPA buffet at night. The buffet was superb, including alcohol and fine deserts, but I don’t drink so the price is unreasonable for me and vegetarian. You need rent a car, other wise you can not go out from the area. A shuttle bus to go to the high way bus station is available. A souvenir shop available, but it is not convenient store, so if you need snacks and other things, highly recommend to get in town before go to the hotel. Good luck!

Firtst room we got was far from the one that looked like on their advertising. So we got back to the front desk to complain and we received another room. The new room we got was slightly better and we kept it. However the room was decorated without any coziness and the accommodations were average and very poor for a japanese Hotel and the price we paid. Bathroom was nice though and it was clean. We paid almost 700€ in total for two nights which was a complete ripoff. Would never come back again!

The hotel is very clean and well kept. However their dinner buffet option is expensive @ ¥6,000 but the quality is worth ¥800. The food is put plainly, lower than average. It’s much better spent taking a taxi and going into town. In addition one of the bath facilities was under construction making women and men hours timed. They still charged us “nyutouzei” which is bath tax. They should be lowering this or ridding it during the inconvenience. Otherwise the rooms are very clean.

The hotel is located at the tip of a small peninsula in Minamiboso. It’s hard to get around without a car and restaurants in the area close early during the week. However there are a ton of good seafood places nearby and the area is just beautiful. A great place to relax and go for day trips.

Lovely resort, with an amazing location at Taibusamisaki Nature Park! It's quite far from the train station with not many dining choices, but there is a complimentary shuttle bus which corresponds to the train and bus schedule. The hotel is in the nature park and very interesting to hike around the area. There is a visitor center right before you reach the hotel but no maps or information in English, although the staff is very friendly. The room we had was a Japanese room where the staff comes in and makes the futon bed on the floor for you. Very beautiful and comfortable. There is a fridge, a hot water kettle, and tea making set, but get some coffee at reception if you prefer that. After hiking, we enjoyed the deep soaking tub in the room, or if you prefer, a Japanese outdoor bath is available for guests. Yukata cotton kimono is provided for relaxing in the room or around the hotel except in the restaurant at dinner time. Unfortunately, the room temperature was not adjustable, so it was a little warm for us. Also, the third floor where we were was a smoking floor so it smelled quite strong in the hallway. Fortunately our room smelled like tatami, which is like fresh grass. Excellent breakfast was included in our rate. It was a very authentic Japanese breakfast with local springtime seasonal dishes like pumpkin in peanut sauce, and fresh bamboo shoots. Many western choices also such as ham, sausage, eggs, and pastries. Not much support for English speakers.

The sea view was great and there were a lot of pths for walking. The Housekeeping staff was less than efficient - floor was never vacuumed.

The hotel is located at the tip of a small peninsula in Minamiboso. It’s hard to get around without a car and restaurants in the area close early during the week. However there are a ton of good seafood places nearby and the area is just beautiful. A great place to relax and go for day trips.

It was ok, but no coffee in the room. Even numbered rooms are facing to the ocean, but odds numbered rooms are poor view. Breakfast was good, but poor quality in Izakaya restaurant with high price.

The hotel was lovely with a nice breakfast buffet. We enjoyed our time there even though the weather was uncooperative. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave our daughter her own check-in bag, which she loved! They had some English speaking staff too.
