The staff was excellent even though they didn’t speak much English. Communication through an app if it was necessary. Breakfast was Japanese inspired. 7/11 & Lawson was down the block as was the train station but you needed to have a Suica card to enter at that station

Perfect for overnight stay, simple breakfast included and free shuttle to HND. Rooms are immaculate and sleep-3 was perfect for my party.

Wifi did not work at all. Fan in the bathroom did not operate. After a shower it felt like a steam bath in the room. The included breakfast was not palatable.
Service people were nice but there was a language barrier.

Great location near the airport for the rate. Not being able to use any scented products was a downside, but not a dealbreaker. Offers hotel shuttle with airport information and good breakfast options.

Somewhat inferior accommodation for an Inn close to a major international airport. - The diverter for the shower head was not functioning so we had to bathe in the bathtub using a bucket early morning prior to our flight. The television has no English language programming. When we requested an additional towel the staff told us it would cost a additional 100 yen ( a pittance) which we refused to pay on principle.

Staff was great but the hotel is showing its age. Room was cramped and dark. Front desk was staffed yet they point you to a machine to check in. Elevator was very dirty and small. The beds were the worst oart. Maybe its typical of the area but after spending a week in Nagoya it is bad. Basically sleeping on a box spring with no padding. Tiny square pillow and light comforter. I froze sleeping by the window while my daughter roasted 8 feet away sleeping under the heat unit. We had reservations for 2 nights but checked out early to go to a different hotel. I knew the 17 hour flight home would be even more miserable if we didnt sleep for 2 nights prior! I know i lost the money but it was well worth it! Staff was great, very friendly but not much else.

Very close to the Keikyu Otorii Station. Even though the hotel provides shuttle bus service to the Haneda Airport. That was the highlight for me.

The room was very small. The unit bathroom was super tiny. The toilet was incredibly small, and my knees were almost touching the wall when I had to use it. The room was clean, but I would rather go somewhere else next time. The complimentary breakfast had limited items.
