Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, modern room with nice view.

We had a comfortable stay overall but mainly used the hotel for sleeping. It was hard to get water for some reason and service was standard but not extraordinary. Pajamas were comfortable. The bathtubs were slippery and scary for pregnancy. I would suggest the hotel have a water refill station in its lobby for guests to self-serve.

Excellent stay and food. Onsen is good too. Would come back.

Check-in staff service is good, but room cleaning service has room to improve. Other parts are ok.

We like the resort entire environment, it is cosy and quiet. Check-in and front desk staff are very warm. and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, although it is fix menu and no choice of selection. Only minus is the room is slightly small. Will come back again.

This place is great- make sure you have time to spend in the hotel using the baths and relaxation amenities. The views are beautiful- impeccable dining options. This is a great spot to recover from lots of travel and begin again!

The views from the room were amazing. Small balcony for evening views of Fukuoka. Dining was excellent!

Excellent restaurant with fantastic quality of good. Very comfortable, quiet rooms. Room service available. Hotel also had a shop and coffee shop. Very stylish and comfortable decor. Only thing I didn’t like was the very loud music playing in the communal areas, and the piped music played in the corridors at night, which kept me awake!

다다미방 숙박함. 한국인 직원 상주하고있어서 커뮤니케이션엔 큰 문제 없음. 새벽에 당직서는 직원이 마침 한국분이셔서 관광지 물어보니 지도 펼쳐놓고 관광할만한곳 다알려주심. 방도 깔끔하고 사우나도 깔끔함(투숙객 무료) 역까지 무료 셔틀버스 다님.

Equipments are excellent. Japanese type room was spacious and comfortable with a fragrance of new “Tatami mats”.

Pros: +Staff are very accommodating +Beautiful views +Comfy bed +Large room +Very delicious breakfast buffet +Hotel restaurant Koyomi was very delicious +Extremely comfortable hotel pajamas Neutrals: •Location is relatively secluded. There are 3 bus lines about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, that can get you close to wherever you probably want to go. I chose the location based on where my friends live, but if I were a typical tourist, the location could be a nuisance. •I didn't think the public bath was anything special, but it is still nice to have. Negatives: -The room's carpet had all these bleach spots on it, which kind of weirded me out. -The lack of free outlets in the room. -The bedding had spots on it, and a ball of black lint. I expected more based on the atmosphere the hotel exudes. -The tea/coffee machine wasn't fully cleaned. -I also dislike pod-coffee/tea machines as the one that was in my room as the pods are terrible for the environment. The tea wasn't great quality/taste. (-I vaguely remember being annoyed at the wifi speed and switching to my own wifi.) Based on what I had planned in Fukuoka, the hotel was an overall good fit for me. I would probably stay there again because despite the small issues with the room's cleanliness, I enjoyed my stay there. I do think that there is room for improvment though.

Nice staff. Good location. Good size of room. Clean and high quality stay.

I like the quietness. The hotel is nicely located in a hill further away from tenjin or Hakata but a subway ride awa gets u to those places.

Everything is good in the hotel except the onsen. Water not hot enough. Only one hot and one cold. No outdoor. The onsen facilities is a basic 3 stars.

Disappointing. I booked this for the spa facilities but it was not clear that tattoos were not permitted in the spa. I would have booked a nicer hotel for the same money. The room was very basic and the only point of staying here was the spa. A waste of money.

I can stay here for years if my boss allow to leave office. Highly recommended

Free lending tabret was in the room. It's free for domestic or international call. And I could to take it helpful a lot for search the bus stop or shop when I went to town. It's great service!

The overall service was ok. We get to choose our favourite colour and size of pyjamas while doing an early check in. It was far too early as the check in time was only after 5pm. We went for our town tour and only return around 7pm for dinner in the hotel. The hotel set meal was great and we got a discount because we are guest. When we got to our room pyjamas were not given and we have to call to get them send up. The service was superb fast. We live the hotel as it was very quite and clean. They have nice view up in the room.

Excelent stay with avarage price. City and ocean view at once from restaurant in the morning. I consider this hotel is the best choice for short visitors who want to have a nice experience in Fukuoka.

Kind staffs, beautiful view, big and clean public bath. The room was very clean and comfortable.
