Good location, a short walk from Chitose station. There is an airport shuttle service as well. The driver service is good. Smile. Carry the luggage. Important. Check-in at 7pm. Tell the staff to leave the luggage in the lobby before rushing to the outlet before closing back to the hotel. The staff said to take the luggage to the room and was very impressed.

We stayed here for one night after traveling to Hokkaido with three kids. It was a great place to stop for a night before traveling farther the next day. The ofuro was small but hot and felt great after a long day of travel. The beds were comfortable, the free parking convenient, and the hotel was fairly accessible (had an elevator and no steps into the room, however the bathroom was tiny and had a small step down). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is easy to get to. Short train ride from new chitose airport. 2 stops to Chitose station and then a five minute walk. Bed was comfy. Black out drapes. A rod to hang clothes was useful since I was drying out my ski stuff. Having a kettle and mini fridge was nice. All in all good value. No restaurant but some close by and there is an Aeon shopping mall just 6 minute walk away. Staff were great! Did not get a chance to try the public bath on the 6th floor.
