Love this hotel, but the smoking areas need to go. Like many Japanese hotels smoking booths are provided on the floors. Problem is the smokers are so saturated with smoke that the elevators and hallways smell like cigarettes. Japan has improved their bad smoking habits somewhat but have a long way to go.

My husband and I loved this hotel. It has a real bathroom, not a unit bath. It is new, and right next to the station. There were wonderful amenities as well. The bed was comfortable. We went to Ramen shop nearby for dinner, but there is a mall which has more restaurants. There is a Lawson (convenience store) in walking distance. It is close to my parents house, and we will definitely go back.
