Room was big and comfortable for 4. There was sufficient space and different areas. Japanese automation never ceases to amaze. For a small hotel it was good. Located between 2 train stations and line so well connected.

Definitely a different vibe here. Had high hopes and it was an okay stay. Quite and comfortable rooms, very spacious, so big plus there. The room wasn't unclean, but it showed some more age and lack of care in other areas. The washroom sink had some kind of carpeting that was aged and peeling, I would endorse upgrades there or removal of it completely. The area of the hotel doesn't have all too much happening, but that can't be helped. This hotel had a front desk, but really pushed for self check in and check out which worked well enough.

Location was close to main street but far enough down a side street that it was quiet. Staff was very helpful but sometimes there was a language barrier, but nothing that we couldn’t work through. Room was a very good size, had all the amenities (microwave was in the lobby). The only negative was the carpets in both of the rooms were stained in a number of places and looked dirty. Everything else in the room felt clean though.

This is one of many small hotels in Tokyo- for first time travellers I would recommend staying away from big international hotels if you want the real feel. We went bed only for all of our hotels and looked for bakeries and coffee bars to start the day off- this was the right decision. This hotel is excellent, clean, modern with lots of space. We are a fam of 3 but you can easily accommodate 1 more with ease. There are only about 14 room/apartments in this hotel.
