A very convenient location that is a few minutes walk from train station, though it is on a busy commercial street with a lot of restaurants, its rooms are sound proof and very quiet inside, staff are extremely polite and helpful, its rooms are much larger than those hotels in the Tokyo core districts. The breakfast is the highlight, we stayed in this hotel for 7 days, and breakfast is different everyday, more Japanese style and very delicious.

They have a public bathtub. I enjoyed Happy Hour, Welcome Drink, and Welcome Sweets. The staff was nice and friendly. Our room had a massage chair and it had plenty of space. Very close to the Kita-Senju train station.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed how easy it was to get around the city from the hotel being only a couple minute walk from the station. It is definitely an older building but its amenities seem to have been recently upgraded.

  • Taxi (most direct):

A taxi offers the most direct route to the hotel. You can find taxi stands outside both Narita (NRT) and Haneda (HND) airports. Be prepared for a potentially higher fare, especially from Narita, due to the longer distance.

  • Train from Haneda (HND) (affordable):

From Haneda Airport, take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line to Nippori Station, then transfer to the JR Joban Line to Kitasenju Station.

Good value for money - spacious room - location very convenient - only one street away from the busy Kitasenju station. Favourite hotel of our month long trip. Staff were incredible and super helpful. The stone sauna was lovely. And relaxing. I have tattoos so couldn’t use the onsen so I was very glad there was a private sauna in the baths that I could book and use. Amenities were great. Breakfast was fantastic even with diet restrictions (allergies and vegetarian). My partner and I found ourselves comparing every hotel after to Hotel Coco Grand. We are also a lesbian couple and we had no issues (we weren’t expecting any but it was very comfortable and welcoming)

I needed a quick place to stay for 1 night. Onsen open late. It is small but there was no people at the time. I love watching stars from onsen. The room had a massage chair. I actually never tried one before. It was amazing. I actually miss it so much. Hotel is within waling distance to the station. Gyu Kaku and many other restaurants. Convinience store and park is right near by. The staff is very nice. I like the cute note they left after they clean the room. It tells you who cleaned it and a little about them. Very nice touch. For center of Tokyo!!! great stay.

I wanted to book a hotel outside of Tokyo center and this was perfect! It’s about an hour bus ride from the airport, but close to a train station to get you where you need to go. There’s a lot of food and shopping options too.

Excellent location close to transit, restaurants and shopping. Loved the onsen and massage chair in the room as it was perfect to come back after a long day of sightseeing to both of these wonderful ways to relax.

For center of Tokyo!!! great stay.

We enjoyed it being further outside of Tokyo center for its local feel.
