ビルの8Fからホテルになります。駅から5分程度で着く　近所に食事する所も多く　夜　飲みに行くにも徒歩圏内で便利に使えるホテルです

シングル禁煙１泊予約しました。予約時に駐車場コインパーキングと記載はありました。周辺のコインパーキングを自分で探して一番安いところに止めました。チェックイン時に提携パーキング６００円ですがどうなさいますかと聞かれて、もう止めてしまったあとなので、そのままにしましたが、予約時にその記載あるとスムーズで嬉しいです。館内フロントはきれいでした。廊下などは経年かなと。部屋は普通でした。バストイレのシャワーカーテンがにおっていたのが気になりました。隣の部屋のテレビの音や咳など聞こえました。でも値段安いですし泊まるだけであれば☆

　福島駅は駅の東側が繁華街ですが、その中にある古いビルにあるホテルです。ビルの低層階は商業施設、中層階は環境省の事務所や保育施設、そして高層階にホテルが入居しています。　特に可もなく不可もない、ごく普通で古めのビジネスホテルといったところです。宿泊者は、一定期間を滞在している出張者のような男性が多かったです。　朝食はビッフェ形式で、美味しくいただきました。　ロビーには、マッサージチェアや漫画本などがありました。
