This is our first hotel visiting Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Although very small, it is very clean and very well-maintained. Sufficient amenities, microwave oven, and laundry available. Seven Eleven on the 1st floor helped a lot. Location quite strategic, close to restaurants and shops in Ueno.

Clean, modern, professional, with an absolutely spectacular view. English is accommodated. This hotel is affordable and therefor light on amenities, but I got the room for the view, and it did not disappoint. Big beautiful window right at the foot of the bed, which I never got tired of. Looked forward to coming back to my room every night.

People were really nice and accommodating. Bed was a little hard for us being from the US, but that’s pretty standard when outside the country, so nothing bad against them. They provided many supplies if needed like toothbrushes, razors, hygiene supplies, shower supplies, etc. great location for just walking outside and finding shopping, food, transit nearby. Would stay again.

location and breakfast is excellent, room size is good and spacious. However, the room is not clean, carpet with stain, toilet with stinky smell. My family especially dislike the that only fitted sheet but no quilt cover is provided, kind of not clean. Room service is provided every 3 days, so guests put all used towels and garbage outside the rooms, looks very messy.

Booked several rooms for our family holiday, most of the hotels in other platform and in Tokyo is only limit to 3 persons inside the room, most of it 6 years old is considered an adult already. Good thing hotels.com have consistency in number of occupancy, we were able to book one family which consist of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 3 years old). There is no daily housekeeping, but they provide fresh towels everyday, the hotel has to look into making sure that the hotel is clean, the above the ref is dusty, i was able to discover it when i dropped something and need to move the minibar, the walls of the lobby needs dusting also. On the ground floor there is a 7-11 which is very convenient, i will recommend this hotel to stay if visiting Tokyo, nearest subway is Ueno-okachimach Station and Ueno station (Ginza Line or Hibiya Line)
