great atmosphere. you have to walk 5 min from the parking lot.

The stay was pleasant with staff friendly and full of smiles. (Despite Covid and face mask on) European grandeur aplenty. Room was large and very clean. Very convenient as we start the day in the park itself and the park shuttle bus stop isn’t far away. Overall would reccomend to pamper yourself a bit should you only stay one night to take in the amazing Huis Ten Bosch experience.

This place is STRANGE,per Expedia they were only 2 rooms left… the place is HUGE as this is an AMUSEMENT PARK, the largest in Japan… but no one is there… at breakfast we saw a minimum of people, not too many children. At night there are no guests to be seen and there is minimal dining, which barely ha people. It is like you walked into a SciFi set…. Staff is friendly but barel any English!

Elegance in the Finest European Tradition. The area is awesome and the food is fine. The Hotel is a fine place that makes a person feel aristocratic and feeling of being an elite makes a person feel good

Great european stile hotel at the gates of nice entertainment park. Awesome interior, great food, rare wines and cognacs. Very pleasant musical entertainment, especially violin lady.

チェックインに1時間近くかかってゆっくりできなかった

全体会議に華やかで贅沢な感じ、ホテルマンの対応も親切だった。又ヨーロッパに泊まりたい。

宿泊者限定のサービスを受けることができ、特別感があった。 スタッフの方の対応もとてもよく、終始気持ちよく過ごすことができた。 パーク内なので、買い物や散策もとても便利で休憩をしながら、満喫することができた。

ホテルのスタッフがみなさん、とても感じが良くさすがだなと感じました。 部屋も新しくはないと思いますが、古さを感じない素晴らしいホテルでした

コンビニや便宜施設が足りないという点が残念だったし、職員たちが英語が上手ではなくてコミュニケーションが多少残念だった。

テラス付きのスイートルーム、最高でした。 設備内の和食のレストランはおいしかったです。

朝食ビュッフェの質はもっと良いものと思っていたのですが、感覚と少し違っていた。

まずは設備面の悪かった点。 リフォームしているところ、されてないところが極端。 浴室は古く、タイルの目のカビが目立っていた、 あとシャワーの設置場所が良くなかった。 せっかく広い洗い場があるのに、洗い場からシャワーまでが遠く、水圧も弱く、 使いづらい上に洗い桶もなかった。 あと部屋まで荷物を運んでいただいたのですが、 軽くお部屋の設備説明が欲しかった。 なぜならネスカフェのコーヒーカプセルサーバーとかあったのに、 朝まで気づかなかった。 ルームサービスもモバイルオーダーと言われたが、カートに置くことが出来ず結局電話でおねがいした。 どうやら、対象の時間帯にならないとカートに置くことが出来ない設定だった模様。 分かりづらかった。 良かったのは、お部屋はメゾネットタイプで、 トイレが2基あり、3人でも困ることがなかった。 窓からの雰囲気も園内側で、窓から海外に行ってるような気分を味合わせてもらった。 スタッフさんは、 ゲストリレーションの電話に出た方が、すごく感じ悪かったです。 ルームサービスをしようと係の内線を何回も呼び出し音鳴らしてみても出ず、 ゲストリレーションへも相談の電話をしたが、 自分もコールしたが出ませんね、 というだけの対応。 たしかゲストリレーションってゲストの予約などをサポートする係なのでは？と思ったので、 こちらから、 係に連絡とかとっていただけないんですか？と尋ねると、 真っ先に言われたのが、 対応が何時に出来るという時間の確約は出来なきません、ご自身で時間ズラしてお掛けください、 となんとも突き放した言葉に愕然としました。 また「申し訳ございませんが、」などの迷惑かけてすみませんという言葉も一切なかったです。 比較的質の良いホテルと聞いてましたが、 ゲストリレーションとされるところが こんな対応するのはいかがなものかな、と感じました。 良かった点は、 やっと繋がったルームサービスの方が、 まだ時間外とのことでしたが、 電話だったためか予約を受け付けてくださったこと。 あとルームサービスでサーブしに来てくださったスタッフさんもとても感じよく、 気持ちよく食事が出来ました。 帰りもフロントから荷物を車止めまで運んでいただき、とても助かりました。 総じて素敵な空間で過ごすことが出来ましたが、 値段に見合うサービスを受けられたかで言うと、 今回は受けられなかったと感じました。 お客様対応は、いま一度、研修し直された方が良いです。

This is an excellent experience for our family trip; my kid loves the strawberries in the breakfast which is so great. Our family trip was an incredibly enjoyable experience! The hotel breakfast was truly exceptional and my kid was delighted with the fresh and juicy strawberries that were served. They were definitely the highlight of their breakfast and it was great to see them start their day with such a nutritious and delicious meal. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the breakfast definitely contributed to the amazing experience. This was an excellent family trip! My kid loved the delicious strawberries at breakfast.
