What a great surprise! I did not know what to expect, but I was very happy with this property. It is close (1K) to the Itami Osaka International airport. There are 2 train stations on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, both about 1K/ 20 minutes' walk. Taxi rides from the airport/stations were about 1000 yen. The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. The was no restaurant, but the entire menu was room service. I paid extra for the breakfast, and it was delightful. It is an adult only hotel with the amenities that implies. There is a change machine so you can buy from the in-room mini bar/fridge. There is a slot machine, and a vibrating chair. The bath is oversize with a Jacuzzi. The floors are marble and everything was clean. I had never stayed in and adult hotel before, so it was a very pleasant experience. The price was an exceptional value. My thanks to the management and staff for excellent service.

It was not obvious that it was a “love hotel”. I got in late from Chicago with three big suitcases. No one helped me in, she watched me struggle. Then I got to the room, which was very clean, but had very kinky stuff in it. I was not expecting that.

It was a hooker motel. In place of an electrical socket near the bed, there were “toys” and their accessories hard-wired. No shower, only a whirlpool that I wouldn’t have dreamed of getting in. Filthy on Japanese standards.

For the price, it’s practically a luxury hotel by Japan standards. Huge room, nice big bath and bed, although the bed was a bit hard. It’s super close to the airport too, which is a plus for travelers. It is a love hotel so be aware of that, haha.

Location is good because it was about 10-15 min walk ( 5min by taxi) from the airport.
However, there were no convenience stores or restaurants near by. Also no restaurant in the hotel. Room service is available but it costs much more than the regular restaurant price.

Booked based on location and cost/value. Room was huge with every amenity imaginable for an adult-y stay.Tub and shower set up was amazing. Breakfast was so-so, but courtesy shuttle to airport.

I liked everything. The only issue was that the staff's English was not developed. I only recommended that since Osaka is a large tourist area m more English speaking individuals were working the front desk.
