I stayed here for 3-nights. Booked the Superior Small Double Room as I wanted my own bathroom. Kind of wish the room came with a TV. The bathroom was very small & my shower drain was very slow. Overall, I was fine with the room. The amenities were nice. Loved the lounge on the top floor, especially since there's a pool table. Also, the free candy up there is very good! The bar & restaurant was nice! They serve free beer everyday from 5pm to 6pm, no limit I believe, however I was only able to get it on my first night. The second night I went there, & it was randomly closed even though all the workers were there. The 3rd night I was out exploring the town. However, upon check-in I did receive a "free drink" coupon, which they allow you to use on any drink, so I chose a highball cocktail, because I think it was the most expensive & heard they were popular in Japan. After I checked out, I decided to try the restaurant food just for the one time. I kind of wish they had all items available all day, but seems like they switch between breakfast, lunch, & dinner menus. I had the lunch menu & ordered their beef cheeseburger. It was actually really good! A few days earlier, I ate at a burger place called Shogun Burgers, which supposedly has wagyu patties, it was good, but in my opinion, the burger I had at Graphy was even better. It made me wish I tried the restaurant more & during every menu time. Overall, my experience was great! Staff all spoke English, so foreigner-friendly!

It was a 16 minute walk to shibuya crossing. Quiet vibe, rooftop with pool table and great view. Service and staff were super nice.

If you end up with good dorm mates I imagine this place would be okay, I however didn't. There are rules stating to keep noise to a minimum in the room, and while there is always going to be some noise in a dorm room, coming in late and continuing talking loudly is just annoying, which is what continually happened to me, on my last night when they came back drunk around 11pm one of them even vomited all over the room and proceeded to fall asleep, while his friends went back out. I went down to reception and asked if I could be moved rooms due to the smell and also not wanting to get sick myself. I was told I could move rooms (to a room where the culprits other travel mates were staying) but I would have to pay as I "had already slept in my bed" and the same was said about a refund if I wanted to check out early. They said they would clean up the mess in the room. But knowing it would still smell (as half of it was over the culprits clothes) and not wanting to get woken again when the rest returned, or risk having the same in another dorm, I opted to check out early and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night.
