The quietness of the area is what I liked the best and good location. However, I don't think it should be rated as 5 star when service is not of 5 star quality. I understand it is a Hapanese Hotel , so a lot of their ways are different. Modesty aside, I have experience quiet a few 5 star Ryokans in the passed and I normally prefer 5 star hotels when travelling. But Hankyu , should be training their team much better in communication and service. Very disappointing experience . I am in the hospitality business we run 9 restaurants in the Philippines and I feel there is so much potential in thus hotel both in facilities and service. I hope they put more effort in these two essential aspects since they are in the hospitality business .
