This hotel has wonderful amenities! Unfortunately I was too busy to enjoy all of them! But highly recommend this hotel and would stay again! Big rooms and I know it is weird to say, but their laundry facilities were great, and the mobile website to view when the washers and dryers were available was amazing!! And you can pay by app if you don’t have coins. So convenient!!

Beautiful hotel, great staff very accommodating and the Erin was very nice add-on for a reasonable price. I love how the reception is actually upstairs and not on the first floor.

Room was a decent size. Offered a varied asian breakfast. It was nice that you could also get a takeout coffee. Lounge also had snacks available during the day. Walking distance to tram stop and downtown bus terminus

Didn't try the breakfast. However it was always busy in the morning. So it must have been good. Great location. Just 4 stops from the train station and an easy walk to the Hiroshima bomb dome and memorial Park. The castle and the wonderful Shukkeien garden.

My 3rd stay at this hotel. Short taxi ride (7mins) from the station and around 30mins walk from the Peace park. Since I stayed last time an auto check in system has been implemented which is not intuitive especially when you don’t speak Japanese. Found this irritating after a day travelling. Other than that the hotel is excellent rooms are very large and comfortable. The hotel offers various complimentary drinks and snacks throughout the day which is appreciated.
