Hard to find. Promised onsite parking but had to find off site parking. Little or no service - pretty much have to do everything for yourself. Staff very poor English. No upgrade offered and room very expensive compared to other hotels with much better amenities and service.

This was an excellent hotel within easy walking distance to most of Hiroshima’s major attractions. The rooms were very spacious and the free amenities such as coffee/tea service, happy hour and late evening rice bowls were great surprises. Finally, the price for all of this was extremely reasonable for a city center hotel.

Generally very good. Loved the location, walkable to trains - 15mins. Lots of good restaurants within 10 mins. 7-11 next door. Rooms are a decent size, great amenities. Fails on the breakfast circus. Everyone in the Hotel shows up at exactly the same time and the que takes up to 30 minutes to work through. Choices are OK. Staff is very regimented and it sometimes feels like the chow line in the army, not a Hotel restaurant. Hotel should consider staggering entry times for breakfast.

The location was excellent with everything close. The Peace Park, shopping and dining were all within 15 minutes or less. We found the beds to be firm and not very comfortable. We had the junior suite room that was very spacious with a separate toilet and shower area. The AC would not hold our desired temperature and would move up to 25 Celsius after 15-20. Overall it was good, we would stay again.

This is not a three star, more like 1 star. Room was small(as expected) tiny window , only one water bottle, furnishings damaged. Poor lighting , and to top it off , the light in the hallway entrance of the room had a sensor and would switch off after a few minutes . Bathroom was dated
. I requested one more water bottle and told only 1/day, surprising since every other hotel in Japan would give you more water bottles. No worries, 7/11 sells a 2 L mineral water for 110 yen .Service was poor and not hospitable at all.
Breakfast had many options, but most of the food was cold .

Enjoyed whole time during the stay. Staffs were kind. There are free tea, coffee, and wine services everyday, which made me hard to leave hotel. Also, overall facilities were all clean and nice. Room was larger than usual Japanese Hotel.
It would have been better if breakfast have included more meat and westernized food such as pasta. However, it was very pleasant experience in generall.

Lovely area, very friendly helpful staff! Hotel was in the perfect location easily walkable to so many areas didn’t need to use public transport at all - even getting to train station.

Excellent location, easily walkable to shopping, and relatively close to the train station and peace memorial. Both are walkable but can be a bit of a trek with luggage.
