Dark pokey room no natural light, loud bathroom fan on constantly, 2 requests to have it isolated came to smiles and bows but no action, very average ok if you just want a bed

Clean, nice lobby. Wine and snacks are served at 5@7 which puts a nice touch to the hotel. It is only a short walk to more lively streets downtown.

A lovely hotel, very helpful staff, nice touches like free drinks and snacks then later free rice bowls. Rooms extremely large for Japan. Staff were so helpful and polite I would recommend this hotel.
