Everything was fantastic! Great value staying at this property, which is located close to a lot of things. A lot of things were included such as drinks, etc. at dinner time. The property was very well maintained and clean.

The hotel is one bus ride away from Kanazawa Station but the stop is perfectly located. Mostly foreign tourists stay here so it feels like I'm not in Japan. There's not much food options nearby, especially breakfast, apart from a bar and a few izakayas, but the hotel provided a nightly ochazuke bar that my children enjoyed. Also, if you don't mind eating convenience store food, there is a Family Mart just across the street that opens 24/7 (but the hotel discourages us to bring outside food to be eaten in the lobby, so please don't do that). The staff is friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and super clean. The hotel has a nice public bath (but can't use it if you have tattoo), all the public facilities are very clean. Skin care amenities are from Sekkisei line Kose. Only two laundry machine with 2-hour cycle each, there is no way to monitor the laundry availability from the TV so people tend to stalk each other. About 5 minutes walk to Oyama Jinja and thus the entrance of Kanazawa Castle. With that said, we will definitely stay here again in the future due to location and value.

Really a nice little hotel. Our room was fairly spacious. The breakfast was very good. There was a 5 a 7 with wine provided free of charge. The only suggestion might be that the snacks provided be a bit more interesting. The hotel is very centrally located and highly recommended.

It was in a very convienently located to attractions. Buses were within 1minute from hotel. The hotel had free snacks for clients eg juice and coffee 6am snacks at 3pm. Drinks from 5pm.8pm supper.
Thehotel was quite bew staff were helpful.very impressed

We booked a Hollywood twin room for 4 nights and the layout of the room is not good. Very long and narrow hallway. The TV in the room is terrible without internet option to cast YouTube and the 4 foreign channels were interrupted intermittently. We asked for extra pillows and there were not available.
The positive thing is the complimentary drinks and snacks thoroughly the day. We didn’t have the breakfast but it seems expensive for 2980¥

The hotel is clean. Staffs are friendly. Amenities are good and WORKING. They provide snacks evey hour in the afternoon (4 pm till 10 pm). What a pleasant stay weve had! Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The hotel is relatively new and the facilities are in good condition. There is free supper (ochazuke) from 8pm to 10pm which is a plus.
