Very comfortable room and hospitable staff! I enjoyed the indoor amenity of the public bath, incredibly soothing and made the hotel experience even better. Easy to get around to explore nearby restaurants.

Awesome hotel and staff. The only difficult thing was that the metro station is near but there is no elevator so if you have baggage, you will have to carry it. You can walk about 400 meters more to get an elevator but with the hot weather it’s hard. But it’s not the hotel’s fault. I would definitely return there!

Awesome hotel and staff. The only difficult thing was that the metro station is near but there is no elevator so if you have baggage, you will have to carry it. You can walk about 400 meters more to get an elevator but with the hot weather it’s hard. But it’s not the hotel’s fault. I would definitely return there!

The hotel is flexible with late check-ins, and the staff are both helpful and patient. The room size is adequate, and the public bath is a nice feature. There's a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away. My only complaint is that one of the beds collapsed due to improper securing. Since it was late, we decided to fix it ourselves rather than involve the staff. Despite this issue, I would definitely return.

I absolutely love this hotel, its location is perfect, the facilities are great, but above all, it’s the staff that truly make the difference.
The other day, Morita-san went above and beyond in a way I’ll never forget. After I lost my phone, she did everything in her power to help me get it back. She accompanied me to the police station, made numerous phone calls, and didn’t stop until she managed to locate the car where I had left it.
This woman is truly exceptional.
Thank you, Morita-san, words cannot express how deeply grateful I am.

They are within walking distance to the train station and picked this hotel due to the proximity to Tokyo station for our Shinkansen itinerary.

The breakfast was superb. There was a choice of either European or Japanese, I chose Japanese and I was very impressed with the high quality of the food. It was fresh and delicious. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was very good, within walking distance of the the metro and train network.

A nice clean hotel that was walkable to local shopping, friendly staff. I enjoyed the stay here
I don't know why the hotel could not come up with a fair compromise way to avoid my room change from Expedia booking to Expat booking. This has never been a difficulty with other hotels
