Very good service. Maybe the service could be much more better if there is no Covid issue. No free parking but very cheap available nearby, only 700 JPY for 24 hours.

Its close to the train station.
At the time of the check in and check out there was nobody... for check in we need to call someone, and upon check out.. we waited, and because nobody was there we did the check out with a machine and we didnt know where to leave the plastic card cover... that we left it on the desk.

評判が悪すぎて去年は宿泊しなかったが他になく今回宿泊しました。
フロントも日本人で丁寧な応対をしてもらいましたし、部屋も狭くはありますが綺麗に清掃してありました。
値段も安いので次回もこちらにしようかと思います。泊まってよかったです。

フロントには基本的に誰もおらず、端末でのチェックイン、チェックアウトでした。
浴室は洗い場と浴槽が別でお湯を張って入浴できるのはとてもありがたいのですが、お湯の温度が設定よりもぬるいのか溜まったお湯が冷たく感じました。
シャワーもぬるく感じました。
浴室の床が白地なのでピンクカビが目立って見え清潔感を欠くように感じました。
バス、トイレが別室なのはありがたいですが、トイレに手洗い場がないので結局浴室に行くことになりますね。
その他はよい環境だと思います。

出張の度に毎回利用しています。繁華街のある西口に比べ、東口は非常に静かでありホテルでしっかり休むのであれば東口を選びますが、LIVEMAXはその中でもリーズナブルに利用できますし、価格帯から見ても満足度は高いです。唯一の不満は、歯ブラシ。柄もグニャグニャで力を入れられず、歯磨き粉も微妙な後味が残ります。（自前で持ってくれば良いのですが）
