Groceries are nearby. The other reason I have booked this is for Japan anime 2025. Otherwise I will booked a bigger room so tiny I can’t even turn around. We have three luggages no where to put the third one and the fridge is a half fridge only can put two small drinks. The price is not cheap.

Front staff excellent and very helpful. Room very tiny and no space to put clothes. Had to leave everything in suitcase. Very clean and room towels changed daily and washroom cleaned. No other room cleaning

The hotel was nice but when you turned on the heat or air it whistled so loud… so in the middle of the night it would wake you. So I just turned off all heat/air. Other wise was a nice place staff was friendly

The hotel is kind of off the subway location. They do also limited bus to drive passengers to the closet subway. Again only limited schedule in the morning and evening.

The room was rather small and for three people which we had very small, no real closets but the price was right. Across the street was a large dept store and grocery so you can get anything you wanted. We stayed here because it was closer to Disney. The staff wasn't great at English, but what would you really expect, otherwise, it was an excellent in service.

Close to Toyosu Station. This means it's very easy to take breakfast at Toyosu Market Sushi restaurant. Acrually not next to Toyosu Station, but easy to take public Bus that's coming so frequently. The large public bath is also my favarite point. The direct transportation Bus to Haneda is departing from Toyosu Station. The hotel is serving free shuttle between Toyosu station and hotel. Please check the time schedule on the hotel web site. At every staying Tokyo, I took this hotel, enjoyed bath, delicious sushi then take a flight from Haneda.

First stay in this hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The features in the room is really well design with space saving in mind. A supermarket just across the street is a welcome sigh for any urgently required item. Restaurants nearby the hotel were great. Staffs were very polite and most of them being able to speak few languages. Special thank to Ms Chung Pei Shih, who has given us great advice on transportation to when and where.

Excellent hotel, friendly and knowlegeable staff. Very modern and clean. Conveniently located near cruise port and bus right outside door with direct connection to Tokyo main station at 220 yen and 25 min ride. Convenience store next door. Breakfast very good with wide selection of foos.
