Lovely hotel. Great location- about a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Quiet, safe with lots of restaurants nearby; room was cozy with a great Japanese toilet. We did not try the breakfast. I liked that they had complimentary barley tea and apple juice in the lobby. Would stay here again.

Excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. We appreciated the nice touch of having plenty of free water in our room as well as hot drinks at the check-in desk. Our room and the hotel were impeccably clean. We look forward to staying at this hotel again.
