Overall my stay was good: close to Keikyu station & Haneda airport, reasonable price and clean room. My friend, however says he had to pay more than 3X of the rate I paid for a smaller room for the weekend (2 days after my stay)!! I found the room lighting very dark - so dark I couldn't see my face well when doing a make-up. Breakfast was a big disappointment - very few choices and types of dishes they offer weren't that good. Coffee/latte was good, though. They need a better signage outside the building. I didn't see anything (unless I overlooked) and it wasn't easy to be found. Although it's close to the Keikyu statio, it's a bit far from all the actions on the other side of JR station, but still within walking distance (15-20 mins).

This was a stop over close to the airport to return home. The hotel location is ideal, a short one stop ride on the Keikyu line to Haneda terminal 3. The check in staff English wasn’t too good, but was able to get sorted and they tried to accommodate as much as possible which is appreciated. Surrounding by rooms were a little noisy, so this is something to consider if you are a light sleeper.
