寝るだけの宿泊だったので満足です。周辺にお店もなく、ホテルのレストランでも夕食をとれなかった（20時まで予約で満席）のが残念です。せめて車の出し入れが自由にできれば。。。

部屋のドアがとても重い段差もあり、躓いて剥離骨折してしまったしかし、車いすを貸してくれたり、シップや氷、ガムテを出してくれて、とても助かりました

JR桜井駅近くで便利なロケーション。部屋は綺麗で快適。大浴場もあり良いビジネスホテルです。個人的には問題点が2つ。1つ目は駐車場が自由に出し入れ出来ない。毎回400円必要になること。2つ目は朝食が美味しくないこと。品数を減らしていいので質を上げて欲しいです。

ほかの人も書いていたけれどフロントの対応は劣悪。上から目線で気遣いや優しさなど皆無で宿泊受付しても気分がいまいちのまま。。。やむなく喫煙の部屋になったもののバスタオルまでタバコくさくて驚いた。朝食はバイキングスタイルであっても満足度は低め。　　フルーツくらいあっても、とも思う。これでもか、これでもか、とサービスを押し付けてきてる割には現実はそれほど良くもない。また利用したいかと思えば「もういい、次は嫌」とも思える。　金額など最大限に妥協する、できるならやむを得ないホテルだと思った。
