It was my fourth visit to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free coffee till 3pm daily and I enjoyed their daily breakfast. Although the room is small but the bed and pillows were good.

My second time staying there, the cleanliness is outstanding compared to hotels in America . Bed and pillow is alittle stuff but that's japanese culture. Very quiet and nice place, I will return :)

出張では、ルートイン様は良く使わせていただいておりますが、今回初めて、家族で連泊させていただきました。ツイン2部屋を、家族3人で使わせていただきしたが、片方が角部屋で、平米以上に広く感じられ快適でした。大浴場、朝食のバイキングは、連れにも大好評でした。静岡おでんの小鉢、わさび漬、島田のお茶と地元色もあり、2日頂きましたが、被りもほぼない楽しめました。今回、忘れ物をしたのですがとても親切丁寧にご対応いただきありがとうございます。駅からは、素敵な街並みを歩いて7-8分と程よい距離です。掛川、静岡共に、30分弱、静かにゆったり過ごしたい方は、選択肢としてありかと存じます。

The building is old, so everything is small. The toilet in the room is too small to use. The staff are not very friendly. If I had known this information beforehand, I would never use this hotel.
