Super friendly staff and very helpful with providing information. The room is decent nothing outstanding, so is the public bath in the basement. But this place is quite convenient to an izakaya just few minutes away foot and also a local small onsen. The staff made this place worth it.

The staff didn't give accurate information - all the staff were Chinese so both English and Japanese language was not clear. There are 2 separate buildings. It's a very steep hill to the hotel, so it was very tiring to walk carrying luggage. The bath was not available at the time that we stayed. The toilets are small. But the room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The showers were also hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak. There are better places to stay in this area.

お風呂が18時〜入浴出来るお話しでしたが、浴槽にはお湯が張ってなく、シャワーも出が悪くて寒い思いをしました。 部屋はカメムシも多く、とても残念でした。

部屋にテーブルがなかった。 和室なのに。 飲食禁止と書かれていて戸惑った。
