Japanese staff was great. Housekeeping staff was also great. They’d make sure that even if I didn’t need housekeeping, they’d ask if I need towels or anything if I ran into them on the hallway. It rained a lot on this trip and the hotel always had umbrellas for us to use. Only thing would be that the hotel is listed to have laundry facilities on Hotels.com and generally speaking in Japan, I’d expect them to have an actual guest laundry facility with 3 washers and 3 dryers. Unfortunately, there is no on site laundry facility. They offer the pay per item laundry service like American chain hotels. On an 8 night stay, I might have booked a hotel that actually had laundry facilities.

This is more like a business hotel. Clean, comfortable and efficient hotel but the floor space to open your check-in luggage. Only place I could open was in front of bathroom/toilet for my room.

I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay was amazing. Everything is super clean and hotel location is prime. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and great location. Very friendly staff. They helped me try to book for a spa nearby. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

The service in this hotel was very good. That being said, i do feel like the fact they didnt provide laundry bags or sheets in the rooms a bit odd comsidering they do laundry services (having your clothes washed for you and pressed ect). My main issue with this hotel is because it said it also had coin washing and drying facilities, however you actually have to go to a laundromat over 5 min walk away. I found this to be quite strange considering on my trip this was the only one of 4 hotels which did not provide onsite coin laundry (also previously when i visited 2 hotels in japan also they had coin laundry onsite). The rooms are typically small for tokyo thats expected. Parking infront of the hotel for pickup ect can be diffucult, as the road is not very wide and there were always cars parked infront (guests?). The buffet breakfast is pretty good and all the employees are very nice and helpful. For a budget hotel in ginza this is very good apart from the lack of coin laundry, i think this should be more clearly stated when you are booking.

The location was in the perfect place. It was nice and quiet but you can go a few blocks down and get into the hustle and bustle. Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was spacious and very comfortable. I do suggest to pay a little extra for the “superior” room. It definitely makes a difference especially when you have to pack. Ginza is known for shopping so be prepared to shop until you drop. I recommend this place and will be staying here again.
