着いた時からチェックアウトまで、レセプションの方々がいつも感じよく素敵なホテルでした。更に、今回こちらの不注意で忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、夜中にも関わらず大変親身になって探してくださったり、見つかってからも素早く対応していただき、本当に感謝しています。他の口コミにある様に確かに古いですが、清潔で手入れは行き届いている様に見えます。部屋からの景色も良く、プールも楽しめましたし、砂風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。おすすめします！

天然温泉の大浴場も広く、露天風呂もせり出しの屋根で良かったです。砂風呂も広く、体を沈めて骨の芯まで温かく堪能出来ました。朝風呂に入り、朝食バイキングは種類も豊富で、朝日を浴びて１日の活力を充電出来ました。今度は、夏に泊まりたいですね✨

指宿で有名な砂むしができるホテルでしかも温泉がある、建物自体はだいぶ年季が入っているがまだ大丈夫。従業員に外国人がいました日本の現状を感じました。車があれば近くにスーパー、コンビニがあります。
