We stayed at this property for two nights before our cruise. The hotel is very luxurious. Our room was spacious and very clean with a lovely view of the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food which included Japanese dishes. A cab ride to the Osanbashi cruise port cost 1300 Japanese Yen. If I had the opportunity I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel and staff were excellent, efficient and very helpful. The area was great to visit all the sight without having to take a taxi. Would definitely recommend

For as large and luxury of a hotel it was for appearance, I expect more amenities included in the price (laundry units in rooms, ironing board, etc.). Still a very positive experience with excellent views from the window of the room.

The buffet at breakfast needs to be changed every few days by offering other products, it gets boring having the same choices. The rooms are tired and need a renovation. The restaurants need to stay open later, closing at 8pm is early - breakfast times need extending as they have massive queues. They don’t take notice of requests in reservations - they requested the reason for the afternoon tea but did nothing with this information, I booked this for my birthday but didn’t get any acknowledgment so no point asking for reason of booking

The location right in front of the Yokohama Bay gave me so much pleasure that I stayed in the room for extra time enjoying the view from the room. It is so close to most of the landmarks, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in front of Yokohama Bay. If your room is facing the bay, you will enjoy amazing view day and night. Many shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. It is walkable to get to the nearest subway station. Enjoy morning run, nice walk and evening stroll around the hotel.

Not up to par for an Intercontinental. Worn out carpet in some areas, leaky ice machine and out dated. The Lobby was beautiful though
