This was a great choice for an amazing view of the harbor and downtown Yokohama from one of the suites. The bathtub and shower with a view of the harbor were beyond amazing. It was fairly easy to walk to some of the main harbor-area attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay here, very attentive staff and extremely orderly! Loved it, we will definitely be back

Entire Staff is friendly and helpful. Just minutes away walking to Yokohama Metro Station and mall and steps from the most fun experiences in the city. I highly recommend

Decent property

Great location, but the facility was in severe decline and customer service was not inviting. The front desk was confrontational at check in and I made no further effort to address other issues. I purchased the room with breakfast for three (me, wife and child of 10yrs). When I made reservations the app was not functioning in the location, so I went with a third party reservation. The reciept from the third party was very specific and clear about what I purchased. Still, I had to pay additional because the child was over 3 years old. The sink in our room was leaking badly and the floor was very slippery. Rug/Carpet was thread bare. Breakfast was ok, but not a large selection. There was no noodle selection and the rice was cold. Also, Breakfast doesn’t open until 7am. There was no coffee or tea selection otherwise, except in the room which had a odd slow drip pouch cartridge that required about 20 steps just to get a cup of coffee. I was not impressed for over $400 + breakfast cost per night.

The hotel room is spacious with a sofa, long work table with TV.

Overall a great place to stay. The room had a nice view of the harbor. Location is close to the mall, cosmo world and world porters. The downside for us is no coin laundry, the bed was too firm for my liking, and the staff knew minimal English.
