I really didn’t see much of Kitakami, I used it as a home base for sightseeing elsewhere.

駅近くて利用しやすい。朝の朝食美味しかった。無料でレンタサイクル利用でき、チェックアウトの際一時的に手荷物を預けることができた。スタッフの対応が良かった。（北上駅コインロッカーないため非常に助かります）

JR東日本のホテルなので、駅に近接しており、とても便利でした。バイキング朝食もメニューが多く、部屋も清潔、アメニティも充実していました。　カード式のキーのホテルがほとんどになってきましたが、ここでは依然としてキーを使っています。外出時はフロントに預ける必要がありますが、フロントが混雑していることが多く、そのあたりにフラストレーションを感じました。

Hotel is just next to Kitagami station and very convenient. There are places to eat, drink and shop just around there. Bed was very confirmable.

Touring Japan, stopped at Kitakami, the Hotel was comfortable and very convenient, the acmes from Shinkansen is not difficult unless you exit from wrong side of station like me. Head for local JR station and exit through there. Shopping in Kitakami is for locals only except for Boule de Neige Pastry shop, good coffee great cakes.
