The staff are amazing and will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are relatively small, but immaculate. The breakfast is a must for a mere 1900~ yen. The bathroom is massive with a separate room just for showering and bathing. And there is a massive 3 floor, 4 block shopping mall next to it. Although most the mall does close at around 2100.

A very spacious hotel which provides the necessities. Coffee and hot choc are available at the lobby too! Staff is extremely helpful. Comfortable beddings with clean hotel room. There is also a humidifier in the room. The nearly shopping malls also have good court, restaurant and Supermarket are located just few min walk from the hotel and the train station is only 3min walk. There is no direct train to Haneda and Narita Airport. So be sure to buy return limousine tickets from Haneda Airport to reach the hotel.
