Great spot, on a side street, close to train station and close to Haneda INTL. Lots of amenities, food, drink and shuttle to HND were all included! Friendly staff too.

It was a very nice place and hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is very clean. You can find amenities for free if you have forgotten something. We will keep forever nice memories from our first hotel and first trip to Japan.

24 hour soup, tea, coffee, water, Gatorade type drinks machines at the buffet room with TV is a bonus. You can have something in your stomach before going to bed. My room was very quiet. I have a sleeping issue but after a quick bath, I slept like a baby. Breakfast selection was good! Chef was a nice older gentleman and he replaced empty containers quickly! Free shuttle driver didn't mind me talking to him for the entire time, hahahaha! Keikyu train, and 10 minute walk by the canal from Keikyu Kamata West Exit was surprised very quick nice one away from HWY I'll go back there again next time!

It was a little outdated and small, the airport shuttle service was very limited (last run to airport was 10 am) but the breakfast provided worth the one day stay.

This place is so convenient and fit all my needs. It's in walking distance of Kamata Station and the Keikyu-Kamata station which made exploring Tokyo a breeze. The breakfast buffet helped start my day off nicely, and was a great benefit to help me save money for other activities and souvenirs

I needed an overnight place at a reasonable price. This fit the bill . Place is a bit worn around the edges but it is clean and safe. Staff is very helpful. They do have limited airport shuttle. 4 times - latest is 10:00 am. NO shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Local bus available from airport. Easy.

I chose the hotel because they offer a free shuttle to Haneda which was ideal fro us as we had an early flight. The shuttles leave evey hour from 5am. You can't check in until 3pm which is normal for Japan but we arrived about 12 and the hotel took our bags for us until we could check in. Breakfast is served form 4.30 again ideal if you have an early morning flight. The wi-fi was good in the room, and the receptionist recommended a tasty and very reasonably priced place to eat. The only negative was the rooms are not brilliant for noise reduction - we could hear people in the next room talking. The price overnight and breakfast and free shuttle made it was worth it.

A good, sound little hotel with friendly staff that had everything we needed (but without a 'Wow factor'). The 2 big pluses included in the price were (a) the very good breakfast buffet and the (b) shuttle to Haneda airport. A well-priced option if you need somewhere to stay near Haneda airport.
