Beautiful spa resort hotel with an ocean view. You can also see Mt Fuji from the town. Excellent traditional Japanese breakfast.

What a great view from the hotel! Free shuttle bus between train station and hotel. Great keiseki dinner and a good selection of buffet breakfast. We had a private onsen in our room, and it was great. You can even set the temperature you want yourself. There is no shops near the hotel, but there is a shop in the hotel itself which sells the basics, so no complaints.

街中からは離れているが駅前までのバス運行があるので助かった。値段から考えると料理も頑張っているし温泉もあるのでコスパ優良だと思います。

温泉、朝は5:30からですが、5:00からと勘違いし5:05頃お邪魔してしまいました。しかしながらスタッフの男性は顔を合わせるなり「おはようございます」と挨拶してくれて、温泉時間外である事は言いませんでした。とても優しい対応で満足度が増しました。ありがとうございました！

合乎水準的酒店，最喜愛浴池，因為夠寬敞、清潔，早晚餐水準之中，這個價錢的一泊兩食是接受的，周圍環境很寧靜、可以從房間看到山下的海港。泊車方便，驚喜是有宵夜，免費一碗擔擔麵！

焼津の駅からも近く、ホテルは焼津漁港が一望出来て気持ちいいです♪部屋も綺麗で広さも丁度良い広さ！バスルームが無い部屋もあるので、予約時に確認してます。温泉は8階にあり眺めは最高。温泉は塩っぱいですねーディナーも朝のバイキングも美味しく頂きました♪スタッフの方の対応も親切！！リピートしてます♪

チェックイン時は優待内容を把握しておらず、何度も確認しに奥に消えて待たされた上に、説明も不十分で、チェックアウト時に想定外の請求をされました。夕食時は、サービスが驚くほど酷かったです。料理の説明は全くなし、ドン！と音を立ててお皿を置かれたり、持ってきたガラスで他のお皿をどかしたりと、サービス以前にマナーの問題レベル。配膳人不足のためか、料理の提供も遅いし、何よりどれも美味しくない！！極め付けはデザートで、バイキングよりも小さなひと口サイズの、桜とネーミングのついた緑色の何か甘いものが提供されました。翌朝の朝食もしかり。ふにゃふにゃのベーコンなど、どれもイマイチな料理が20-30種類あるのみ。唯一、建物は古いですが内装はリノベーションされて綺麗だったのは良かったです。

wihiを登録し、入れても、私がwihiのセキュリティの契約をしてる為か、安全ではありませんと出てすぐ切れてしまい、wihiが使えなかったのが残念でした。料理は、とても美味しく工夫されていて大満足です。夕飯は、豪華過ぎて食べ切れなくて申し訳無く思いました。
