New, clean, well equipped property at a convenient location. Love the free hot drinks offered at the lounge especially during the exceptionally chilling days in late April. But it’s a bit weird to find the “progress” of the cleansing work of the whole floor displayed on the TV when we were back to our room. I had concern on the privacy and security as the occupancy of different rooms were clearly stated. Pls consider to show only the status of the room concerned. Anyway, we enjoyed our 5-night stay.

The property and rooms are new. All the staff were polite and helpful. It is within walking distance from the train station and a Seicomart sits just right across the main entrance of the hotel..will choose to stay again.

Great experience staying here. The beds are comfortable, and the complimentary drinks after 3 pm is a comfort to travelers. It's closed to Hokkaido University, which is pretty.

The hotel rooms were wonderful with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were excellent. The location was great. The free tea and coffee was nice. We did not use the spa but it looked great. The only downside of this property is the laundry machines appear to be malfunctioning. We washed a load on the two-hours setting, and our clothes came out smelling like no soap was used. To be literal, our undergarments still smelled of urine…. Besides that, the gym is lacking weights/dumbells - there are just cardio machines. But the cardio machines were new. We would certainly stay here again! But we will wash our clothes in the sink next time.

Very comfortable new smaller hotel. Convenient location near Sapporo JR Station and shops. Very nice rooms. Only drawback was the breakfast room. Narrow and crowded. Limited offering to western breakfast taste. Otherwise excellent experience.

This hotel is in great location to sapporo station. We were really close to the underground shops. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to odori park where all the snow sculptures were. I would definitely dtay again.

Great stay, a bit of walk to Sapporo station but great food around the hotel area. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is decent and they have baby cot upon request. You can monitor the laundry machine status from TV in your room. I can say laundry room is the hottest potato for this hotel. Public bath is another popular spot in the hotel. Breakfast might need to queue if you come down during busy hour, around 8-9 am. Food is great and baby friendly. I can see many babies and kids during breakfast hour.

Hotel is just few mins walk to Sapporo station but a little far (~20mins walk) to the shopping belt. WiFi is extremely fast…(photos are sent out thru WhatsApp in seconds)… There is a lounge on the ground floor available from 3pm~11pm with all types of coffee, cold ice water & cold barley tea. There is a small basic Gym & a lot of Free locker (on the 2nd floor). Onsen is big & deep (up to chest level when u sit inside the pool). Water is hot. Every floor has a purified water dispenser machine, ice dispenser, iron/board. There are 6 coin-operated washing machines. Breakfast considered above average. 80% of the things are the same except a couple of different daily special.

Arrived on heavy snow, and the moment we stepped into the hotel, staff handed towels for us to dry. Room is decent size. Walking distance to Sapporo Station, 5 min walk or less and lots of food choices around. Hotel has an onsen, so added bonus. Good location and good hotel. Everything you need is provided for.

Hotel lobby was warm and inviting during the cold winter.. the sidewalk of the hotel was also brightly lit with pretty lights on the trees. It was also very considerate of the hotel to have water and ice dispensers on all floors. Apart from the mechanical parking situation that is slightly inconvenient to drivers, the property delivered the most important criteria of a comfortable stay by having a very clean room and public areas.
