Wonderful property. Would stay there again.

Lovely staff, good location within walking distance to Shinjuku station. Great room. The free drink in the morning between 7am and 10am was a nice touch.

Fantastic breakfast

We stayed at Kimpton for four days at the start of our vacation in Tokyo, then returned for our final night prior to our departure. Absolutely love the hotel, staff, and location. Thank you to Dat, Eugene, and all the staff who were so accomodating. Hope to visit you again!

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always delightful. The hotel is beautifully appointed the service is excellent and the restaurants have a wide variety of choices that I truly appreciate.

Well managed, all employees were helpful which make your stay enjoyable.

We booked and paid for 2 rooms three months in advance. The management was unable to allocate 2 rooms on the same floor. They asked for upgrade payment if we want rooms close by. Additionally, upon checking in at 3:05 pm one of the rooms wasn't ready. No apologies were offered

I didn’t care for our stay at this hotel and even considered leaving after the first night. Our original room was barely big enough for two people to turn around in, and when we went to the front desk for an upgrade, the staff was rude and refused to honor the price for it shown online. Instead, they offered a rate ten times as much and said they were doing us favor in discounting their usual rate. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Friendly staff, cool hotel, nice roof too bar

Great room and awesome staff. We had a few meals here and they were somewhere between mediocre to bad, so I’d stay away from the food, but otherwise wonderful hotel and great location- close to everything but a quieter direct area.

The hotel manager and his team wear so friendly and accommodating. They really made our stay feel like home and when we left it felt like we were leaving a friend’s house. Thank you.

Excellent hotel just the location wasn't ideal or convenient.

We booked Kimpton for two nights. Rooms are really gorgeous, happy hour on the 16th floor, and we loved our cozy rooftop bar.

The Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo is top notch! The staff really pride themselves on a high quality of service. Definitely book the breakfast option - you won’t regret it! So many tasty Japanese and Western options. Loved the nightly social hour. We caught up with other travelers and compared notes on what to do around Tokyo. Our room was well appointed and had loads of natural light. The hotel is located in a great spot. Super easy to walk to Shinjuku station and get anywhere you need in Tokyo. We will for sure stay at the Kimpton Shinjuku Tokyo on future trips!

Cheerful and friendly. Food in restaurants was outstanding.
