群馬サファリパークに遊びに行った帰りに宿泊しました。チェックインの時間が遅くなってしまう旨を伝えても快諾してくれたり、パーキングがわからなくても親切にわかるまで教えてくれました。最上階のスイートはリーズナブルでとても広い部屋で眺めもよく子供がとても喜びましたし、親としても快適に過ごせました。強いて言うならあの素敵なお風呂には入浴剤があったら最高だったなって事くらいです。

家族で2回目の利用でした。今回も大変豪華な部屋で、かつ子供用の各種遊具をご用意いただき、子供たちは大喜びでした。また、こちらからお願いしたわけではありませんが、予めツインベッドの間にエキストラベッドを入れてあり、ゆったりと眠ることができました。ホスピタリティも高く、オススメのホテルです！

幼児を含めた家族4人での宿泊だったので、広目の部屋を予約していたら、事前にホテル側より3連ベッドでキッズスペース付きの部屋が空いているので、変更しませんか？と提案を頂きました。とても広い部屋です、子供達も大喜び。朝食ビュッフェも楽しくて美味かったようで、旅行の楽しい思い出に宿泊先も入ったみたいです。
