Okay,The guest room has a retro atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, featuring a large communal bath. While the amenities may not be luxurious, the cost performance is outstanding. The dinner and breakfast offer a delightful kaiseki meal with ingredients from the sea and mountains, along with a buffet style that includes both Western and Japanese dishes, ensuring high satisfaction. There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station. I highly 100% recommend it!

What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return!

Excellent hot springs, food and room. The room was nice and clean. There are two major hot springs. One has many pools inside and outside which is nicely decorated with natural stones. The other one is inside and open 24h. It is really nice place to enjoy hot springs.

建物、設備が古く、手入れがされていない。部屋の畳、家具も傷だらけでベランダのコンクリートも汚く、１泊24000日(朝食のみ)はどう考えても納得出来ず二度と利用しないと思いました。場所も不便な所で昼間に風呂に入りに行くだけの所で宿泊は絶対お勧めしません。期待して行きましたが、家内共々がっかりです。

温泉はとても広くて気持ちが良く、プールも利用も出来ました。ただ、予約時に、大人2人と子供2人で検索し、予約画面に大人2人、子供2人の表示がされた宿泊費を確認して予約しました。宿泊日の前日にホテルから連絡があり、「子供人当たり12000円かかります。」と連絡がありました。予約時に表示された価格は、大人分しか含まれていなかったとのことです。前日に連絡されても、既に家を出発しており、8月の混雑時期でキャンセルも変更もできない状態にありました。ホテルからも申し訳ないという、あやまりの弁もほとんどありませんでした。これからは、子供も含んだ総額を予約時にきちんと示していただきたいです。
