This hotel is wonderful and so very relaxing. The staff are so kind and so thoughtful. The food is amazing. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Great Osen and views of the many islands. Food and staff were incredible too.

A very nice place to stay if you want to see the town and sun rises. Will pick you up and drop you off to the 2 train stations in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay with excellent service, food, and amenities. Great value. Massage (extra) was exceptional especially for the price. Good location for a walk and shopping.

This is one of my favorite hotels, I think this is the third time I stayed here. It has great views of Matsushima Bay and Fukuurajima Island, excellent food, and clean comfortable rooms. If you can afford a plan that includes dinner it's worth trying.

The property is a bit older so we can hear the neighbors walking and moving things until late into the night and early morning.

We were treated like royalty. The food was wonderful. The service was terrific and the view from our room was fabulous. We watched the sun rise over the bay from our window.

There are so many good things for me to say about this place. I specifically came for the room with a water view, and I loved every bit of it.The views were so calming, and I was able to watch the sunrise from my room.The staff were incredible; some of them spoke English and those that didn't tried so hard to accommodate me. I really appreciated them. There is also a private onsen you can book which is absolutely worth it. A standout moment was when the staff made a breakfast modification for me that I thought couldn't be made-- it was a wonderful surprise and made my stay all the better. So peaceful. So worth it. Also, everything is very walkable from the property.

Couldn't have asked for a more ideal location to view the bay and enjoy onsen. The toom was fantastic, with comfy chairs to relax in, while viewing the bay from my panoramic window in the room.

Nice view, friendly staffs. Next to the bay. They also provides you the private onsen for 45 mins, that is awesome.

Beautiful location, convenient to sightseeing places, great onsen(natural hot spring bath), wonderful meals, and friendly and helpful staff.

すべて　素晴らしい。

良い点 部屋の眺望が良い。松島湾を一望出来ます。風呂からの眺めも最高です。 食事も海の幸あり、仙台牛あり、デザートも美味しかったです。 スタッフ対応も十分満足が行きますし、大勢居るので、何かあればすぐに対応してくれます。 少し残念な点 ３人で利用したが、部屋が少し狭かった。これは、プランのグレードを上げれば解決するかもです。

お部屋もお風呂も新しく清潔で、また静かで快適でした。また利用させて頂きたいと思います！
