This is a great place - we had a lovely 2 night stay as a family of 4. The service is personal and thoughtful, and the room was clean and spacious. The complementary sake tasting was a real bonus! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

赤ちゃんの子連れでも最高のお宿でした！！ベッド➕お布団までお借りできて、のびのび寝ることができました。スタッフの方の対応も凄くご丁寧にでした！ 1つ叶うのであればホテル専用の駐車場があると更に最高だなと思いました。近くにコインパーキングがいくつかありますが、野球開催時は駐車場探しがなかなか難しかったです。でもまたリピートして宿泊したいお宿になりました★

朝食なしプランでしたが、お部屋内にホテル周辺の朝食を提供している飲食店がまとめてある冊子があり、非常に参考になりました。さらに、和食や洋食でまとめてある点に驚きました。また、夕方から夜にかけて実施されているお酒のテイスティングでノンアルコールドリンクもあり、利用しやすかったです。一点、お部屋内の空気清浄機（加湿器）が少し生乾きのような匂いがしていたのが気になりました。加湿器の設置はとても嬉しいものなので、可能であれば改善していただけるとさらに快適に過ごせるようになるかなと思いました。今回の宿泊は、2回目でしたが、改めて友人や家族と過ごすのにぴったりなホテルだと感じました。宿泊前から手続きや広島のおすすめなどの問合せにもすぐ対応していただけて、嬉しかったです。今後また友人たちと広島で過ごす予定がある場合は、ぜひ宿泊を検討したいと思います。
