Clean rooms. Staff was great. The only down fall was the beds were hard. Had to buy a mattress topper for the bed. Other then that the hotel was amazing

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This is a Japanese Hotel Chain and more authentic to the culture than "western" chains such as Hilton and Doubletree. IF that is what you are looking for than i highly recommend. I will stay here again for future trips to the area.

The staff were friendly and kind but did not help with basic services such as helping guests to unload luggage. Since my travelling group contained myself and my young daughter, unloading was hard for us and we would have appreciated some help.
The pricing was also not worth the hotel amenities and room. The room itself was neat and clean but very crammed, while the view was good but not anything extraordinary. However, it was convenient as it was right next to the American Village.

Hotel was nice the room had some peeling wall paper and some scuff marks on the walls. The location and breakfast were excellent. I didn’t like the fact that the gym only opened from 9:00am to 8 pm and you had to pay for the pool usage. Enjoyed my stay otherwise

Rooms are on the smaller side for the price. They charge you to use the pool, which was a nice pool on the top floor but couldn't see paying to use it. Onsen was nice and that was free to use. They allowed 1 water per day. If you drink more than 1 bottles a day you'll have to purchase it at a store. Luckily, a Convenience Store was a part of the hotel. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just ok for me.

The room was in very good condition and the staff was very professional. Very nice. My only critique is about I guess the administrative software system they have. I was actually eligible for a military discount but because I booked it through the cheap tickets website I was not able to take advantage of those savings. The cost difference was noticeable but I didn't want to risk losing the reservation so I just dealt with the cost as it was reserved. Aside from that minor communication issues, I had a very enjoyable stay.
