お風呂は良かった。ただ、食事は夕食、朝食とも不満である。・夕食は19時30分にしたが、補充が追いつかず人気の刺身やチラシ寿司などは残っていなかった。当方が帰る時に見たら補充されていたがほしい時に準備されていなかったのは不満。・朝食は時間指定をしないので7時に一斉に客が入ってきたので、すごく行列ができてイライラした。6時半にスタートさせるか、7：30、8:00などに指定する方法を取るべき。なおツアー客は焦っているようだったので6:30スタートにしてあげたら喜ばれるのでは。(たぶん、9時開場の足立美術館に行かれるのでは？) ・ただ食事自体は種類も豊富で美味しかったのは強調しておきます。それ故に余計にオペレーションが不十分なのが残念です。

少し遅く到着も駐車場にいたスタッフ、ロビースタッフみな親切でよかった！夕食バイキングもカニ食べ放題！このカニもおいしかったが新鮮な刺身、多数の小鉢！みんなおいしかった！後何といっても温泉がいい！肌がつるつるに！
