Staff was wonderful and spoke English very well. The wifi worked well. The gym was very decent on the second floor. The hotel restaurant was very good! It works in a pinch during breakfast or dinner if you don't have any plans. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport is free. All the amenities in the bathroom are always restocked. The two glass bottles of water they give you in the room are replaced every day. The hotel is only a five minute walk from Otori Station on the Keikyu Train Line. Even the TV was fun to explore. An amazing 1 night stay before our flight back to Heathrow. Free shuttle to the airport, complimentary drink on arrival as our room was 10mins late being ready. Superb and highly recommend.

I stayed at Mercure Hotel Haneda and overall had a pleasant experience, even though it was only for a short transit stay before my flight. The room was very clean, well-equipped with an air purifier and complete amenities, including sleepwear provided in the room. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a king bed, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service, which is a convenient option. However, the shuttle only runs during limited hours—pick-up service from Haneda Airport is available in the evening, and drop-off to the airport is only available in the morning. Outside those hours, you’ll need to take a train or taxi. That said, it’s still a solid choice for travelers—very clean, good facilities, and overall a reliable hotel near Haneda.

Overall experience on mercure never turn wrong. Even this count as airport hotel (nearby). Location is decent with transport provided and price is reasonable.

There is a shuttle bus to Haneda Airport and once every half hour. So it's easy to fit the flight schedule. After a day of Citi Tour do Tokyo, get off Otori station and walk 3 minutes to the hotel.

The shuttle to the airport is ONLY from 4am to 12.30pm and didn't explicitly mentioned in the website. Totally ruined my last day ' s plan in Tokyo. Will not stay at Mercure Haneda nor recommend it to anyone.
