The staffs ( receptionist & house keepers) are very helpful and sweet. Love them all either morning and night shifts. They are very patience and nice to the visitors. The location is great. Room quite tight for large luggage but manageable.

Very nice boutique hotel. Only thing I would change is that the lighting in the room leaves a bit to be desired, especially around the room vanity mirror.

The room is clean and fragrant. The staff is very helpful. There are Indonesian staff too. The food for breakfast is delicious.

The staffs are friendly and very helpful, they upgraded our room to a cozy and comfort room for our family. The room was very clean and equipped with coffee machine, water heater, microwave, hairdryer and also washing machine. The front desk also helped us to send our luggages to our hotel in Tokyo, they even contacted our hotel in Tokyo to confirm our booking before sending our luggage to Tokyo. There's also a convenience store across the hotel. Arigato gozaimashita Mercure 😊

The location is perfect. Hotel also nice. But I don't like how they have light system, its too dark for me. Hardly to see in the room. My feet hitted the table, hitted the corner of bed. Unbelievable there is no option for us whether we need extra light. This is really bothering me, do they think how we can find dress, or we also need light to doing make up? They also do not provide wardrobe, I mean where can we put our clothes? Stay at the luggage ?? The breakfast not as standard as Mercure hotel .

The staff has no understanding. Didn't ask to be cleaned but didn't give a towel or offer a new towel. At Tokyo hotels now every day they are given new towels. The room is dark, the food in the restaurant is expensive and doesn't seem worth it.

Saya pesan kamar standar lalu di upgrade jadi superior Room twin. Overall kamar dan lokasi bagus hotel ini cuman kekurangannya agak gelap apalagi di waktu malam hari. Staf ramah-ramah dan helpful.
