Hotel location was centrally located. The staff was amazing especially Endo and Takami. They went above and beyond with the customer service experience. I hope the team/management will give them some sort of recognition. The hotels bedding and mattress were comfortable, and again the Staff is what makes the difference . Lastly the onsen was the best thing . After walking all day exploring the city, it's good to come back and detox in the onsen. I would definitely recommend this hotel . As I will be retuning here next year.

From Haneda, it's about 50-70 minutes and costs around ¥1,300. You'll still need a short taxi or walk from the Ginza bus stop to the hotel.
  • Narita Express (N'EX) and Subway (efficient):

Very clean and nice design. Rooms are tight, but no different than other hotels in Japan. Also had 3 beds which was nice with the kids. Wish TV had ability to stream services such as Netflix, but that was about the only downside. Public bath is clean and well maintained. Very nice area close to public transport and a short walk to main shopping strip in Ginza. Lots of restaurants and good cafes in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome. I came to Tokyo primarily to see kabuki, so the location of the hotel so close to the Kabukiza Theater was perfect for me. It was also located very close to subway lines, which made getting around the city very easy. The staff was very kind and helpful and made me feel very welcome. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler in the Ginza area and noticed lots of families at the hotel and in Ginza. Soaking in the hotel's public bath in the evenings was amazing and the breakfasts were delicious! I can't wait to come again!

Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome offers clean, modern rooms and a great location for exploring Ginza. The property feels calm and stylish, making it a nice place to unwind after a busy day. However, the bath house was smaller and more crowded than expected, which made it less relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel’s design and location, but the bath house could be improved.

This hotel was great and in an ideal location! Easy to the train and the main shopping area of Ginza. Also a 10-min walk to Tsukiji Market! I would stay here again! Hotel is slightly old, but clean. The price was right though.

Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome offers clean, modern rooms and a great location for exploring Ginza. The property feels calm and stylish, making it a nice place to unwind after a busy day. However, the bath house was smaller and more crowded than expected, which made it less relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel’s design and location, but the bath house could be improved.

location is good but be aware that this hotel is not like other Mitsui Gardens that are premium or premier. This one is very basic with limited amenities and services.

Very lovely hotel in Ginza, Tokyo. Staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was located very near metro stations and had an abundance of dining options that were all walkable. Very clean and safe.

The room we were given was on a low level looking into the back alley and other buildings. It was disappointing. Rooms are tidy, but dark and small. The staff was helpful and location good.
