こちらはバスセンターや熊本城ホールからも近く、コンサートや遠出の際に利用させていただいています。今回は、トリプルルームを利用しました。私と母と息子で泊まる予定でしたが、母が帰らなければならなくなったので、2人で泊まりました。街の中心部ですが、静かですし、スタッフの皆さんも親切です。外は、すこし古臭いように見えますが、全然そのようなことは有りません。朝食は、シェフの手作り感はなかったが、ごく普通なおいしい朝食だった。

こちらのホテルを選んだ理由は、桜町バスターミナルからとても近かったからです。徒歩5分もかからない距離で、アクセスがとても便利でした。最寄り駅の熊本市電「辛島町」からもすぐなので、移動には困りません。アメニティもひと通り揃っていたので、持ち物を減らして身軽に旅行できたのも嬉しいポイントでした。立地も良く、快適に過ごせるホテルです。

Space could be improved. The rooms are tiny. The tub leaked and flooded floor during a bath. So tubs aren’t sealed. It is located in downtown Kumamoto 10-15 min walk from Kumamoto Castle

Room rate was cheap but not worth it. First night found out aircon blowing hot air. Had to open the window for ventilation but then had to suffer the traffic noise. The spring bed mattress was uncomfortable and noisy. Next morning saw housekeeping left a pile of fresh towel and bedsheets etc on the carpet floor outside every room door. Second night the shower hose broke. Otherwise, the staff did try their best to converse with me using a translator app.

Location is really good, hotel is located just beside a huge shopping mall and short distance from a major shopping & food street, staff is very friendly and helpful, mechanical parking is available and quite convenient. However, only the toilet is too small.

-Staff attitude can be improved, not really helpful. -Room a bit small & not enough socket that clients have to use the socket inside the toilet. -Breakfast ok. Don't expect too much, just simple breakfast +Hotel situated near Castle, dinning and shopping area. Close to the bus terminal, get to the airport very convenient.
