Great stay, all staff are friendly, simple breakfast provided and we can also use the kitchen. Small balcony with Mountain Fuji view is a great addition. Walking distance from Kawaguchi station and the lake. Recommend this place very much.

Very close to Tobu Nikko station and about 5 min walk from JR Nikko station. Receptionist very nice and her english is fluent. We are allowed to check in at 2 pm, that's really great. I choose room with shared toilet and bathroom with the other room (2 rooms using same toilet and bathroom). They have refrigerator, microwave and water heater for using with our neighbor room. At the bed, we have electric blanket so we are still feel warm when winter. We will back here if we travel to Nikko again.

Property doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, but the cost to stay is extremely affordable. Location is great if coming in by train as its only a couple minutes from the station.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel. It is right opposite the Toby Nikko Railway. The room size is also big compared to the other hotels in Japan. But the room is not clean. We stayed for 2 nights in a double room and we came to the room around 3 pm after sightseeing and the room was not cleaned.

This Hotel is very close to Tobu-Nikko Station and Tourist Bus stoppage. Hotel is okay for solo traveler not okay for family cause all shared like (room (24 bunker on single room), bathroom, washroom). For Couple they provide King size bed bunker only. I paid 6000 yen for single bunker on a off day seems little bit expensive. Otherwise Room , washroom and beds are clean.
